By accessing or using indomitusAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service. indomitusAI is operated by indomitusAI Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").
indomitusAI provides an AI‑powered domain name evaluation platform that analyzes brand strength, market value, and investment potential. The Service includes both free and paid subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Free accounts are limited to 5 domain analyses per day. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. We may change these limits or introduce additional restrictions at any time. Attempts to circumvent limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts) are prohibited and may result in termination.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly. Subscription fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service, including its software, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by indomitusAI Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Domain analysis reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the analysis will be accurate, reliable, or error‑free. Domain valuations are estimates based on market data and AI models; actual sale prices may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, indomitusAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
